How can I create a (simple) HTML page to automatically redirect to the main forum in a specified amount of seconds?

Thanks a lot, that's basically what I needed. I have no experience in HTML, though I'm able to more or less customise its font color, size and etc..


If you don't mind, I have two addition questions:

Is it possible to have it show something like milliseconds and/or nanoseconds in the countdown?

How can I change where the countdown appears on the page?
