    I read all that, but do i have to link my paypal account? Or do i just activate it? how does this work?

    When you activate it, a link (Contribution) is added to the footer links.

    Yes, but if someone donates, what happens? do i have to link my paypal accout somehow? or where does it go?

    When they press the link, a page will load that gives them a choice to use PayPal or Allopass. You do not have access to the credit. You can only spend in your administration panel.
