Questions About Adding "Google Adsense" To My Forum

Excuse me guys, can I add "Google Adsense" to my forum and earn money even if I'm a free user (without buying a domain)? If yes, how exactly? And as far as I know, after requesting to add Google Adsense to your site, they will check to see if your website's content is enough or not. I wonder... looking at my site on what I have so far, can anyone who's also using Google Adsense tell me if the details & content is enough for Google Adsense? http://chillax.forummotion.com/ Or will they look at if you have enough registered users using the forum too...? I don't know what their standard is by saying "enough content"...
