logging into the utilities

Hello, my problem is that the buttons that used to be above the dialog box to edit the posted message has disappeared.
I've tried to get help from your Forum Design & Appearance Help, some nice guy gave a link "https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/" but I cannot log in with my username and password registered from 龍論壇 the chinese version of 666forum.

Can anybody here help?

To log into the Utilities, you have to use the email address and password that you used to create the forum.

Please change the title as this thread is not related to the issue with the buttons, but with logging into the Utilities.

You can do a password reset. It will change the password for both utilities & your forum account.
