The site has been going for a good 4 or 5 years now ... However since yesterday we are facing this

we've always been on the niceboard.org and are finding it weird how a free forum site wants this we have 1244 members on our site and are finding it very worrying we are going to lose our site after all this time can anyone help ?

will we be ok if we stay wweandtna.niceboard.org and not wweandtna.com

You don't risk to lose your forum, your forum is in a list of forums which have an URL similar to the domain name.

So, when someone try to access this domain name, he gets this page with :
- a message saying that the domain name has expired
- and a list of forums on the same topic.

thank you very much i understand what you mean and instead of using the .com we'll go back to using .org
