You can do a back up to recover the lost items, but you will lost items that were made between the restored date and now.

I made someone an administrator and they tried to ruin my forum so I had to do a restore. Now it says that person isn't an administrator but someone keeps editing my posts somehow
Edit: Somehow someone keeps editing my post. It says I'm the one who edited it but I know I didn't. Did they get on my account somehow? I've changed my password and ip banned them but it still happened.
