How to organize the Sub Links into two colums

How can i achieve this?:

i dont see how i could add <ul> tags to them to make it do that. Doyou know how? cause its really confusing

not sure if that would work but try that. I havent used this program in a few months so. just have to give it a few test runs

Can someone please help me with this, its a great way to organize the subforum links and i think lots of forums should know this trick, so that they can keep it organized as well, instead of a sentence of sublinks like it its now.

What do they put, sorry for the trouble, i know you hate newbies like me, but im just not understanding what order to put the <ul> tags in the forum desc.

Oh yeah thanks for helping me with that rideem3 ive been trying to figure that out for a while , too bad i cant get it as organized as them, cause they have the sublink images too, but idk how to do that
