    Before I start on this, I'm going to show you the template for the rank. Which one would you like to use? If you want something more whiter and lighter blue(you can give me hex color), just tell me.

    How's this? Would you like them small that fits in the rank or a bit bigger, coming out of the rank? Also, different font color and font? Tell me, what you would like to be changed.

    Chivas, to help you improve.. it looks like you're putting the glow on the inside and it's too hard. try reducing the amount of pixels and it'll make it easier to read.
