How much ACP users I can make. I'm the forum owner and I'm allowed to see administration panel. Can I make someone else to see this panel too?

Yes you can promote other user to admin, you must add his/her name in the admin group:
ACP=>Users&Groups=>Group Administration=>Search the admin group.

You can also add one by clicking on the usergroup name ON YOUR FORUMS HOMEPAGE, NOT IN ACO. then you can simply add a user to the group.

Only the administrators group has access to the administration panel.
