Admin account not working, brand new forum

I have just recently created a forum. The admin password does not work, and it says that the email I used for the creation dose not match. I have Never even logged it with the admin account. Do you have to activate it or something before you login with it? I double and triple checked the spelling of both the password and the email, so I guess it is not that. I have never seen anyone else with this problem from the start either, so I just created a new topic for it. Thank you in advance.

Make sure your using that username

I am, I did exactly what it said to do in the email.

[UPDATE] Seems as if the administrators cannot be PM'd at this time. Does anyone happen to know when they will start accepting them again, if ever?
