registration problems email

I have had a number of people saying that when they try and join my forum they cant register, message says invalid email address, but they assure me they are using their normal address.

Any ideas

I'm sorry to hear of your problem, and may be of some help to you.

Some time again we had a new system put on our servers that helps remove spammers getting in to our forums and making accounts. This has gave us a small problem where some ip addresses or Email addresses are blocked,

The way around this is to ask our admin leeloo to remove the info from our black list and then get the members to try again.
Please give this link a read and do as asked by the admin leeloo and she will do her best to get this fixed for you
