    Go to your ACP and allow your members to post.

    1) ACP.
    2) Advanced mode.
    3) General tab.
    4) Categories and forums.
    5) On every forum, there's a Perms icon at last, click on it.
    6) Click on advanced mode (under the box of permissions that would appear on your screen).
    7) Customize it as you want.

    members are alrdy confirmed to reply and all but they can't write any www.******.com or anything got a link or a mail

    Solved it by myself ! ADMIN PANEL> GENERAL> SECURITY > THEN U'LL FIND IT HERE !
