Hi,
Go to:
1. ACP.
2. Advanced mode.
3. General tab.
4. Categories and forums.
5. Pick any forum you wish to modify then get to the permissions mini-tab.
6. You can see something in the lines of: See images in the messages.
7. Make your choice.
8. Save.
