storage space

I actually have 520 Mb space and it say Your storage space will expire on 22 Sep 2012.

my questions is why is it expireing soon when i payed good money for it , i did not use any of my 520 Mb free space?

Because your contract obviously was not a lifetime commitment that they must make available to you 520 Mb to use, It was limited to a certain amount of time. Had you used that space they would however continue to host it after your contract expired.

No i did not use any of my 520Mb, so i don't understand why is it limited amount of time...i tho if i use my Mb and if i need more that i will pay for more..i as a customer not happy with this , and also its only has being 14 days when i payed for my 500Mb Space

Well I certainly understand your point. I don't see why you can't just buy that amount of space and if you use it fine, if you don't that's fine too, but it will always be there indefinitely if you need it as long as you have your forum, because you bought it. If you need more than you buy more. Good argument and I agree with you.

Another case and point, if they are willing to host the files with the amount of space you buy indefinitely (and they are) why not make the space available indefinitely?

Unfortunately its not set up that way.
