    Solved Forum header

    Hi, Im mattyy25 and i never posted here before on this but i seriously need help with your admin panel. I can not find any way to change the sliding header on the top of my page, it starts out with The Servers / Website is offline. Check back here for more updates. Thank you -- Founder, Dead Tom! and slides back in forth like news feed. Ive checked literally almost everything and i dont even know who dead tom is. Its been like that for almost a year now and it really sucks about people asking why the servers have been offline. Please help, Here is a link http://bezerkedgaming.forumotion.com/ And its right under the Navigation Bar

    Administration Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Announcements
