No it's not possible to do that. But, it can be a rule for the staff. If you don't really trust your Staff Members actions, you can do the following: ACP >> General >> Security >> Scoll all the way at the bottom, "last actions."

I don't think it can be done with Forumotions default options, but I believe you can do it via coding.
