My forum auto-locks threads after 67 pages and creates a new one. Is there any way to turn that off?

ok, thanks.
I have another question then. Is there a way to archive those completed topics so they aren't visible anymore, but users can still access them?
Because I have all these completed threads piling up on my main page. I know I could just delete them, but I'm trying to get adsense, and I think if I delete all of those posts my site will look like I just launched it and the majority of my pages/content will be gone.
It would ideal for me to keep them, but out of sight on the main page.
Here's what I mean:

Users only post in the "main" thread, but I have all the archived threads piling up

You can make a new forum which no one can post in, and only read it. And make the forum locked so people don't make threads in it.

No such feature yet and it's not yet possible. I suppose this is solved, I'll move this now.
