Adding custom BBcodes

I might have looked over it a dozen times, but i was wondering if it was possible to add custom BB codes?
This should be possible in phpBB3, but it might not be implemented into the Forumotion ACP yet?
Either that or i'm a noob.

I know there's a way to do it if you're a founder (at least in phpBB2), however I forget where it is, although my gut is telling me that it's in either the modules section of the admin panel, or the forum configuration...

I have used that to make an extra button, but what i meant was an actual BBcode function (with HTML replace).

It's for making a button to allow Vimeo embedding.
I was hoping for a somewhat easier solution since i have no programming experience, but if you want something it's worth the effort and learn new stuff in the process.
