System Time Zone problem

I'v been trying to set my system time zone to Central Time (CT)

All I see is UTC time on the admin panel or my profile. How do I fix it to either use Central Time (CT) or Eastern Time (ET)

For Central Time Zone use this - 14.41 (UTC -6:00) Chicago, Winnipeg, ...

That works, Thank you. I guess I didn't fully understand UTC - time. So I guess UTC is 6 hours ahead of CT ?
