    Extra Comments:
The link provided is one of my proposals i had posted a while back, I liked them, just i was zoomed in so far that i never realized how big i made them. Plus I believe making them bigger first then resizing without pixel distortion is great! So What I am asking is if someone can take those warning bars and make them smaller for me and transparent still? If you can I will repost them in the proposals with a creditation to whomever succeeds in this. Great appreciation!

I believe we should help ourselves first.

Yes and I've done that. That is why i asked a simple question. I drew them up, and asked for a simple resize favor. I tried the website out, and it is not very good at all. It keeps giving me alot of pixel distortion. And I know photoshop does not do this to an extent. I used to have cs3 do not have it right now though.
