Wont let others regiester or log in :(

Hi everyone I am bbwp and I have a question for anyone who can answer

I absolutely love forumotion. Thank you for what you do and you have done a great thing, but there is a glitch blocking that.............

My sister joined the site recently and it said that she couldn't log in because I was constructing the site. Does anyone know how can this be fixed? it says this

Please, does someone know how to fix this?

Can you give a link to your forum?

Seems you have your forum under construction.
Go to admin panel and in "forum - configuration" check no, then it's open to public again.
