Invalid E-Mail??? Help??

I have member trying to sign up to the forums and he is having trouble. I tried to do it for him but I get "Invalid E-Mail". He is using gmail account which shouldn't be the problem, so I looked him up in the system and isn't showing up? So, why am I getting invalid e-mail if he isn't in the system?

Well from what I read it had something to do with your anti-spam software for the forums. Some of my guys use @hotmail @gmail e-mails. So far @yahoo @live work fine. Can you see if @hotmail and others is on your lists so I can tell them to get different emails. Thanks
