Multiple accounts under one email

I was searching through the forum but could not find an area that spoke of this...

Is there a way to allow members to use one email for multiple accounts? I could not find anything in the Admin panel but I might have just looked over it.

Or if there is a code that allows this..

I believe there is no way to register with the same email, but you can change it after registering.

I found that most Mulitple users sometimes use the same email address but do a slight change on user name to their email addresses.
There are those that are a bit more clever by using two different email providers with a different name. Sadly no body can police their forums 24 hours a day but sometimes you can catch them in the admin panel with their IP addresses.
I have banned about 10 & deleted their unactivated accounts

Their emails are valid then . No email that doesn't exist isn't acceptable in registering or logging in.

There are a lot of e-mail providers that now allow you to create up to 10 accounts. I know that mine in UK BT I could have up to a maximum of 10.
My MSN UK hotmail I had a e-mail from them recently telling me I can have up to 5 e-mail addresses.
In regards to the non valid e-mails these tend to get to be in the non activated accounts. This I have discovered can be due to human error when typing e-mail addresses.
There are a lot of temporary addresses like: RocketMail.com,guerrillamail etc
that are used by users for Multiple Registrations. These tend to have a time limit on the account from 24 hrs to 30 days. There are too many e-mail addresses that are valid but it`s down to you or other admin to weed out the fake ones.
There are some that I deleted but cannot remember them but with over 800 members I would say I deleted over 100 of them. Mainly due to multi memberships or fake e-mail addresses or temporary e-mail addresses.
