"Body Line Background Color" Transparent

Is there a way to make ONLY the "Body Line Background Color" Transparent?

I have looked around and seen information on how to make everything transparent or how to make pictures transparent but this is not what I am trying to do. I am only wanting to make that individual cell its self transparent or actually oace. Only slightly transparent.

It's for PHPBB2, though, so if you're using PHPBB3 that may need some syntax changes.

Nope.... It still does the whole thing and not just the bodyline...
