Leo I have issues downloading new fonts. Is it okay, if I can use another style? Or just give the template with the PSD file, and see who can add the font (text)? I'll wait until your response.

Here's what I came up with:
This font is a little hard to read but it was hard to get all the pieces you wanted into the width and still be readable..

The pictures are a little blurry, but the design is great ! What do you think wpuld be an appropriate height and width size ? For the ranks ?

The width is actually fine. It is just a hard font to use for this as it's hard to read this size. Any picture is going to lose its sharpness when you size them down this much. If you make the ranks large enough for the font and pics both to be clear they would really just be to big. Kind of the price you pay to have this much on a rank.

Someone else may be able to do better, but they're about as good as I can do with what you requested. I did make them a little taller to fit some pics better.
