Some of the colors you wanted was just to hard to read on the gray so had to lighten them up to be able to read them. The glow just didn't look good on all of them so I left it off. I gave you a couple of choices for a couple of the buttons

Hey thanks! But could you make Administrator have a Blue Background and white text like you did Community Team?

Also, I forgot to ask, Could you take the original image in the first post and just change the background color to Purple (#660099) and have it say Contributor on it?

Then, Could you make one with Graphics Mod (Purple/red text (#990033) + Greyish Background) and then another with Graphics Mod (Purple/red background (#990033) + White Text)
