how can i add the Category name on the bar not off the bar my forum is: http://new-dark-light.forumotion.com/

It's part of the theme, I think that can't be changed, but see the templates in case.

Please make a screenshoot ,i don't know from your description what you want.

I'm an admin there but can't access templates.

Find the ID name in index body for the templates and see if there's a code you should remove first.

Then try this

when i go to Templates this what it says Only templates of phpbb2 or PunBB versions will be affected.

Run an error console to check for the ID name.

He's using phpBB2 and you are using Invision. That's why the difference in the position of the categories title.

how to change forum version?

If you want to change that, you need to change the image. That is why its not in the table. Unless you change that CSS to float:right; other than that, that theme is only available to punbb, phpbb3,and invision, on the uploaders website.

the header image. I've messed around with that theme before as well. It is in a div. as a background. The header image the silver tabular image on top of every category/forum or whatever.

Invision and PHPBB2 are very different, you should have made a temp theme with this rather then change it all out, you will have issue with css and with Java Script. Changing a full version will change almost everything on your board. I personally would do a a restore to a previous day, set up a test site and then use the theme on that until you are happy with it. Make all the changes on the CSS and Java Script to see what is like live and when I am happy with it change my main board to PHPBB2 and copy it over from there.

Or you can try and make the changes yourself to Invision but you would have to have a little idea where to start. I will have a look to see if I can do something when I have more time.

You should never hand out an Admin account to your site without knowing the person and even then I would suggest not doing it.
