Admin Security Denies New Password Reset

I am the moderator/founder of http://howrsecrazy.darkbb.com/ and had been away in another country (still am there actually) and tried to access my forum again and cannot. I can't remember my password and when I choose to reset my password All I get is this, when I try to reset my password: The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security
my email I used to create this account is Email Removed
however here are a few others just in case that is NOT it (and believe me I've tried all of them already)
