well last night i try too reset my account on my cell phone and worked however after few hours i try too sign in to my forum it keep saying incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password,
i have no problem signing into https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

Hi kane sorry to here you have a problem with logging in to your account.

To log in to your Forums utilities you must use the Email address you made/created your forum with and the password
NOTE: Forums utilities will only work for founders and not any other admin's
If this don't work you could ask for a password reset by following this link >> Lost Founder's Password
