Can not appear 'PREVIEW' and 'YES / NO' buttons

can not appear 'PREVIEW' and 'YES / NO' buttons my forum. i use phpBB3 template. Please help to resolve this issue.

It might be an issue with the skin it's self, what happens when you try a new skin?

I think it is in the skin.. do you have the link to hitskin where it is so i can uninstall to one of my test forums, it may may have to be added with css i am not sure but will need to install the skin my self to see if that is indeed the problem. so please do post the link for the skin so i can try.

Sorry for being so informing that this problem is fixed.
This problem has been cured by deleting the following CSS code.

Code:

input.button2 {
display: none;
}

To tell you the right thing "CSS Stylesheet" is the 316th line.

Note: I do not know how to do it right. But now it seems all the buttons.
