Restricting permissions by post number

Hello,

As the owner of the Kajol Krazy forum (http://kajolkrazy.forumotion.com) it is important to me that when people come to my forum or join my forum that they are not there to simply take pictures and such and then leave. Because of this reason, I would like to know how you can restrict the permissions of a person and not allow them to view the gallery threads until they have a certain amount of posts. My friend who is the Admin of her own forum was able to do that but could not remember how it was done. I would greatly appreciate the help on this! Thank you!

Create autosubscribe groups. Then set forum permissions for those groups.

I created the group and set the post number, but I'm still not sure how to restrict the permissions for the others without doing the same for the members that meet the post requirement.
