Domain renewal, founder gone

HI, I need help please.

I'm one of the administrators on shar-pei forum (forumotion) and we have domain name purchased from forumotion. First we bought domain, and last time we got it for free. I think this is our third year with this domain and we don't want to loose it. The problem now is that the founder of the forum is gone, and none of the admins can access that part of the admin panel and we are not sure when domain name will expire I think december or january but not sure 100%. The founder is absent right now and he wont be able to access forum several months but he will be back eventually (he is on cruiser traveling the world for one year). I know we have credits for domain renewal because we were buying them last year. What should we do?

Sorry but the founder will had to do this, or the founder will have to give access to the founder account so another administrator can renew the domain name.

I thought the same. Sadly but if I don't get in touch with him we will purchase another domain when he comes back. Thank you once again.
