FMChat not activated?

I wanted to use the FMChatbox for my forum and I got the tutorial from here.
I tried the codes for the forumwidgets + CSS + Javascript and I tried the HTML, but every time I click on the button "Chatbox", it says my chatbox isn't activated.

How can I activate him that he's going to work?
