    Solved How to change the topic name colour

    I have put up a sticky on my forum called "Forum Merchandise now available". I would like to have the title in RED and BOLD. I've tried a few things but it doesn't work. Do I need script for this or can someone tell me how to do it. Here's the page.

    General>Messages and emails>Configuration
    Allow topics title color :Yes
    Save.
