    Solved Lost Admin Password On Forum, Wont Let Me Reset

    Just to let u guys know, umm i need some assistance with the admin account on my forum. I forgot my password. when i go to click reset and enter in the details It says this:
    The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security

    I havent touched anything, could some staff help me reset my password pls i have been waiting for a while put nothing as happened. Sad
