Hello, i was just wondering if there is anyway to access the user database?

Reason why i would like to do this.
I am currently Making an application for this forum group im part of and Instead of getting people to create a new user/pass on an MySQL database website, i was hoping that i could do so using the database linked to the forums

There is an Alternative route But its not a very good one as it may lead to Security Leakages and Personal information Revealed other than just a user / pass
