Forum was stolen from me

Recently my forum was stolen from me by an unknown person. They got on the admin account, deleted all the other accounts as well as all the boards and add-ons and changed our name and banner. They also changed the email on the admin account so I cannot retrieve the password to get the account back. Is there anything I can do?

You need the address or the address of email of foundation of forum, plus the password you used to create the forum to enter. When you enter, make a backup any tools and the password will be the same as the founder of the forum.

For the site url option in the link that was posted... do you enter the current site url, or the url you picked in the beginning?

Try with the current url.

If not, go with the email of the foundation.

Is darkbb.com one of the forumotion url options? That's what the current url ends with, but when I went to make another forums (because I thought this one was lost for good) I didn't see an option for darkbb.com. The email I was given as the one it was made with is questionable so I wanted to use the url, but I'm wondering if it won't accept it because of the darkbb even though the site was definitely made here at forumotion.

Request new password administrators: https://help.forumotion.com/t93821-lost-founder-s-password Send email to the foundation, plus the address of the forum that the system Forumotion will send it another password. You can get the tools with the password received in email and address foundation. You will be informed if the email is incorrect.
