Too much users

Hello. Some times my forum gets lot of users and some of them can't log in. Do you fix this problem or what?

Do they get a message when they try to log-in? If they do, what does it say?

What do you mean by "nobody can log in" ?

You seem to be actually logged in and there are other members also.

I mean that last evening where users where much and nobody could not log in
It happens only when there is lot of users

Have you got an idea of the number of users that were logged in the forum when the problem occured ?

about 1000-1500 there was lot of quests

And what's happened when users tried to log in ?

Press login and it doesn't do anything

I've checked this with the technicians.

There's a security system activated to protect the forums from a server attack.
So, when a too high traffic is noticed on a forum, the protection is activated.
That may cause :
- Impossibility to log in
- Impossibility to post in some pages
- Impossibility to post on all pages

Or all these protections at the same time.
This protection has been activated yesterday between 7:36 and 7:46 pm
and Monday between 7:31 and 8:01 pm (French time).
Is that when your problem occured ?

Leeloo, excuse my intrusion into question, but I have two questions about the security system.

Technicians can check the amount of traffic that the security system start to act in forum?

This rule is integrated for all platforms or just the language of American forums?

If perhaps there is a situation like this, what are the steps that I follow to disable this security tool and allow normal traffic forum?
