I posted about this before and somehow the problem resolved. Here is a recap since it is happening again and only to this specific member.

I have read through the archives about this and none of the various threads have helped me get my member back in.

No settings have been changed on the Forum recently, she did not make any changes to her account until her password was changed by me earlier today.


I have a long standing member of the forum who, when trying to login, gets the following message:

Our system has detected suspicious activity related to your account or your computer. Please complete the form below to regularize the situation and return to the forum.

She has tried to complete the form and none of her attempts have been successful. She is able to log onto a different forumotion forum with no issues. I was able to log in with no issues from my computer, using her name and password.

User name: Choices
Forum HPLF WX Forum (hplf.forumotion.com)

I am assuming the answer will still be the same?
