ACP < Display < Templates: General < viewtopic_body < Rearrange the codes there and delete the things you need to < Save
As for the green thing, that's their warning or whatever that is, so as long as it's a bar. As well as the post counts, for you to have that, disable or don't let the other profile options be shown on the field by this process.
ACP < Users and Groups < Profiles < Edit them < Save.
