Already edited the post. The sizes are already specified.

The way the voting bars work there is no way (that I know of) to have diagonal lines in the bars. I've tried this before and it either stretches the image or compresses it instead of duplicating it depending on how you do the center section.
You can see here what happens;
If you do the center section like this [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.], it looks like this

or
If you do the center section like this [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.], it looks like this

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] and the more posts there is, the more compressed it will get.

oh. i see. um. just make it plain light pink and the border is the dark pink
