Links dont work for Guests viewing?

Hi,

I have Text links on some topics. The problem is that the link only works when I am logged in.

It just shows the text details to a viewing guest but not the ability to click on the text and be taken to the linked page.

It works fine when im logged in

can anybody explain why this is happening

Click on a forum name
Permissions tab
See links in the messages : All
Save.
That should help.

I have tried this and although i dont have the word guests in my permissions to see links i have "All" which i have saved and it still does not work.

What is strange is that it works fine on this topic where it reads "contact admin" as the link

Disable external links to guests in messages :No.
