When I try to log in to my chat box Sometimes it will let me log in and a great deal of the time it won't I'm the only one this is happening to.what's wrong withe the chat box and how can I fix it?

To do a screen shot, press ctrl + print screen key and then paste it into a program like paint. You can then save your image.
As far as the chat problems, in my experience with the chatbox, it generally shows a lot of lag and can make me wait several seconds. It's generally worse depending on how many people are in the chatbox. Is it a busy chatroom, or are there generally only a few people in at a time?
