Attachments

Hi All

I am having problems using my Attachments on my forum

I have ticked the box to activate it but all the boxes below that are on Zero

I have tried to add sizes but when I save it goes back to Zero

Can anyon ehelp please

Hi Sanket

I would like to put a attachment on a post ( a word preforma for the Memebrship to download and return to me)

I press browse to find the form on my computer, double click to place in the browse box, place a comment and then press submit query

The reply I get is "Could not upload file : exceeded total storage space. (Free space : 0)"

I have no attachments on the fourm so if I need to buy them where from as I though it was free!

Your help would be appreciated

You are telling me the value for Allowed space for attachments :

So change the maximum attachment size to whatever you want. You had kept it at 0, hence it was not getting uploaded.

This is the problem I place a figure in there say 20 press save go back and it is back to Zero! It wont register

Allowed space for attachments : Whats the value there? Is it 0? Add 398933 there. Hit save.
Then add the Maximum attachment size :

Yes tried that no good

On storage space it says I have used it all up but on total number of files I have zero which does not make sence

I don't really understand. That storage space you brought, how many months was it for?

Did you renew this storage thing ? Thats why its still showing as total storage used as 100%.

I paid for storage and saved it what else do I have to do please

I'm not sure to understand your problem.

There's no more free space on your forum. You purchased 500 additional Mb on May, so you have to purchase at least 500 Mb to renew the additional spaces you already used and then you'll be able to benefit from additional spaces you'll purchase.
