Posting a new topic

Hi guys, i run Manx Boat fishing forum and today i went to put a new topic on on of my fishing report sections only to find that the "NEW TOPIC" sign was not there , i have not knowledgeably done any thing to deactivate this , can you help me please

Is it only in that section that you can not see the New Post button?

No it is in every one , i cannot put a new post on anywhere within my forum

Do you have a section where guests can post? If yes, please post the link to it.

I dont permit guests to post

Did you check here to see if there is an image for it:
Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management

Buttons Tab
Post new topic:

There is no picture there , where would i find it and upload it .

There should be a post reply button next to where your new topic button was. You can ask in the Graphics section to get a new "New topic" button made to the same specification. Send them the "Post reply" button so they can see what they have to do. Can you show your forum URL so we can see?
