Tweaked Forum Topic Icons

Creation Type: I need the icons scaled down about 80% and the "New Topic" in a deep red
Size (In Pixels): About 80% of the current size, so maybe 40x40?
Primary Colors: I would like the "New Topic" icon to be in deep red so that it stands out more, please

Extra Comments: We've noticed that our forums sort of hacks the top off of our icons, so we'd like to have them scaled down a bit (to about 80% of what they are now) so people can see the full icon and so it won't crowd the words too much. We'd do this ourselves, but we seem to lack the appropriate program to do so, as every time we try the background becomes white instead of clear, ruining the effect on the forums.

We've also noticed that with all the shades of blue going on with our forums the "New Topic" icon has been hard to notice. If it could be changed to a deep red to help gain attention, we would appreciate it!

I made them 35x35. That should give you 3 pixels of clearance on the forums where they were to big..
