Now, I would like to create a new type of rank named "Global Moderator". And change the color of font for this specific rank!

Not the username's font color. What are you trying to do? Change the color of say your username.

I think she want to change the color of the members from Global Moderators' group.

Go to:
ACP ~> Users & Groups ~> Groups ~> Group Administration ~> Global Moderators ().

Group Members Color : Select your color;
Color Group Members : Yes.

Hit Save.
