banned addmin, no access

as above folks, as with our previous problem, we contacted the now, non active founder and he is fine with handing over the site to one of us, now he gave the pasword etc and when we tried to gain access it wouldnt let us.We had a member of addmin on the site banned a while back, and now it has come to light that he changed the password from the founder a while ago... we were given the password last year for this same reason, to pay the bill to keep the site going, the password was passed on to this banned member, who was addmin at the time, to do some changes on the site and he seems to have changed the founders password...... so now we are at a total loss? what can or should we do please? thank you

The link exactly mentions if you want a new password, with the creation email we can send a new password to that email.

Thank you, but the person who created the site is no longer with us.
And this is our problem. As stated above, I seem to have great difficulty on here trying to explain what I want, I am sorry if I am not making myself clear enough. At the end of the day we just want to get the site running as normal again, the longer we lose out the longer you guys lose out. Thanks

Well , i think you can't do anything if you don't have Founder's password/email.

we had the password and email, but this guy who was banned from the site changed the password, so obviously we have no contact with this guy who was banned..... so quite a predicament for us.....

Send the information to Sanket, and he can reset the password. Inform him, that the founder email needs to be changed to one that whoever is the new founder.
