Hello!

Can you make the rank square and the pic like um, the pic should be behind the font, It should a bit blurry, but seen.

Only problem is, the Staff image you provided would be too big for the bottom rank. It would get all distorted when i start to shrink it.

Yes, for the non staff ranks. And for the staff ranks, can you make the Graphics Designer text, can you make the text "GFX Designer"?

And for the non staff ranks, pure sky blue background, they should have
"HTT" written t in the bottom right corner and top left corner.
