You said it's an image you had made here... why not contact the original person who made it and PM them?

Edit: Tracked down the thread you had them made in. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. Just PM DustyBones and ask him, he's the only person who will have the .psd or even if he doesn't, can make it correctly.
